Thank you all for becoming members, here you will see updates from me, information on the Make It Boxes and various posts (mostly about food!) that I hope you will find interesting! So we are on day 7 of 2021 and so far have had another national lockdown and another Trump tantrum. Goodness knows what the rest of the year will offer! In the meantime, I’m very excited to dispatch the Make It Boxes next week. We are starting the year with a delicious Tea Cake Loaf, it’s a fairly simple recipe to get started and only needs an egg and an orange from your kitchen. These boxes are intended to be an extension of the cooking club that I am unable to offer at the moment, so not only will the MiniChefs benefit from the excitement of the bake, there are those literacy skills to be enhanced which is helpful during these home schooled times! I would love to hear your feedback on the boxes, the app, the website or anything else that you would like to being to my attention!
